Discuss Bot Syntax

I have latest version of DB, JSMF, Joomla stable latest (not 1,5 beta thingy).

I love the bot however despite making amendments to the way it presented commas etc so they display properly. I am now getting line breaks displayed as the following:

 

What & where would I change code in the php file to make line breaks get displayed without that code showing?
