Bad formed url! ? on last parameter

Hi,
I upgraded from 1.4.1 to 2.0.2
seemed all to be ok but.. EVERY url in SMF (wrapped mode) is malformed.

A "?" is inserted in last parameter.
Some examples:
board:
http://www.criferrara.it/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=122&?board=15.0

topic:
http://www.criferrara.it/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=122&?topic=535.msg3943#new

admin menu link:
http://www.criferrara.it/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=122&?action=admin

How to solve it ?
I sew there is a function to do that but it doesent seem to work

this are some debug info:

Error loading buffer cache
SMF BUFFER ARRAYS EMPTY -- REBUILDING
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error loading headers cache
Error loading keywords cache
Error loading css cache
loading headers SEARCH

[...]

SEARCH: option value="?board=
REPLACE: option value="board=
STATUS: Not found in buffer

more info:
i had problems in auto-patch smf and joomla files
this could be the problem ?

where are, in the code the interested lines ?

HAD No replies so re-installed and updated smf
now it seems to be ok
