I really Need Some Help With JomInvite. Can Someone Pls. Read this?

Hi,

I posted in the components forum last week, but nobody seems to go in there.

I am having trouble with JomInvite. It just won't work with OpenSEF turned on. It's the only recommend component I can use as the site I'm working on is hosted at GoDaddy and they only allow the Zend compiler on their servers. JomInvite does work, but not with OpenSEF on.

The other thing I was wondering about is if it's possible to have JomInvite send a pre-programmed message and not allow a user to send a custom message when they send a recommendation to someone to check out the site.

Anyone know about that?

I can't do anything about OpenSEF.

About having it pre-programmed, of course that is doable by someone technical enough to make changes on the code.

Oh OK. So there is no work around even if I hired someone to do it for OpenSEF?

I'd also have to get someone to program for the message changes? Who can I get to do that.

This is all assuming I can get JomInvite to work with OpenSEF.

This works no problems with OpenSEF. I've been using it for quite sometime now.

Under opensef configuration go to components, and then where it says JomInvite just click 'exlcude'.

Works perfectly!
