Problem Re-Installing JSMF Brifge

hello,

can someone pls. help me? i have a hard time re-installing my JSMF bridge, after re-installing my index page becomes the forum.. if i don't patch joomla and smf source files its not working, but if i path the source files.. my website's index becomes my forum's index.. help, anyone?

sounds like you installed smf and joomla in the same directory, instead of installing smf in a subdirectory of joomla.
