Problem in CB - no Userid Found?

My setup -

Server is running linux ubuntu
Joomla 1.0.12
Community Builder
JACL Plus

My problem -

Whenever I go in to add a test user using CB - everything is fine. Whenever I go in to edit an existing CB user, I get the following error -



Is it because those members existed BEFORE I installed SMF? If so, how do I fix this?

If not, what is happening and how do I get it to work?
