Would it be perfectly legal to create turnkey sites built using joomla and cb and smf forums with the bridge ect and then sell them on ebay for profit? I mean your selling a fully functioning site here.

Just to be 100% clear im talking about selling a fully functioning website including the domain and host package all set up and ready for somebody else to take it over, surly its not illegal to this if it just happens to have been made with open source components?
