Need a new Clan Awards System

Being in a clan your members request recognition for anything and everything. With the current awards systems out there right now, they lack some of the capabilities that admins want.
For example: I would like an awards system that intergrates into the forums. Our clan uses ribbons to display league matches that our members have participated in. What I would like....each time the member makes a post in the forums, the ribbons are displayed underneath their post. When ever members participate in another league match the ribbon assigned to that match is automatically assigned to those members and in turn automatically added to the display they already have. From the admins side. Being able to edit/add a roaster of league members, selecting which members are recieving the ribbon. Module automatically displays ribbons. Or if you could be built into the vwar account that would even be better.

I'm not a coder...just had an idea of a possible better awards system for clan websites that someone could work on. What your thoughts!
