PM: Visual verification image does not appear

In the personal message window the visual verification image does not appear.

When I login in Joomla and go to the SMF forum (by bridge) to create a personall message, the visual verification image won't appear. When I login directly in the SMF forum to create a personall message the visual verification image will appear. It must be something in the bridge.

I use the following software:
Joomla (version: 1.0.12)
SMF (version: 1.1.2)
Joomla-SMF (version: 2.0.2)
