We ran into an issue with Community Builder plug-in Captcha.
I'm posting it here because it seems that the best fix was to patch joomlas index2.php the same at index.php to check and load SMF's SSI.  Needed mostly to initialize the SMF session save handler that CB Captcha and who know what else would need to utilize to keep separated sessions from happening.

I suspect this is something that should be done when index.php is patched as the beginning of both files are for the most part identical.  I'd be interested to know if anyone has an issue with this being done this way.

Hi,

I am having the same problem. When I try to register using that cb plugin I keep getting an invalid verification code.

Could you please tell me how you fixed this?

When I unpatch SMF the verification code works fine...

When asking support from the community, Please give more information. Like version information.
