11 MB memory limit

Hi

I am new to joomla and JSMF, so I have a few questions.

I would like to run SMF, Joomla, JSMF and, if possible, CB on a virtual host with a 11 MB memory limit (based on phpinfo). I cannot change the limit and I am not interested in changing the host right now.

My questions are:
1) Is it possible to run SMF, Joomla and JSMF with 11MB?

2) Could I install CB as well and disable it until I get more memory on another host and run smf/joomla without problems? I would do this to avoid problems with installing CB later on.

I am asking because I get fatal memory errors and the set memory limit to 16MB fix doesn't work (it seems).
