Need help with template

Can anyone tell me how I can change the main photo on my web site?  I think it is part of a background.  I have another .jpg to put there, but I don't know how to do it.  I e-mailed the company who built the template, but they have not returned my e-mail.  My web site address is www.pro-activetraining.us/cms

Any help is greatly appreciated.

background jpg.?

Try right clicking or install Firefox with developer toolbar, the select outline current element and it will tell you what is what...
