Newsflash CB Author Bot Error Make SMF Forum Blank Page

I just realized I am having some issues with the Newsflash Module when navigating to SMF pages. Everything below the newsflash module is blank and the newsflash module displays the error listed below. While it seems this issue arose only recently, the only thing I've done differently was install a new Rocket Theme Template, but with that said, it doesn't matter which template I use (Rocket or stock Joomla), an error now exists. I have since disabled the module for the forum. But in case it is needed, I have also provided a link below. Any ideas?

It is over a year later and I have since learned that Community Builder was the cause of many conflicts, including issues with JCal Pro (Events Module) and the previous the CB Author Bot mentioned previously. After removing Community Builder, many issues and complications were eliminated. It's a real bummer that Joomla has opted to migrate away from SMF and to PHPBB. I still maintain the sites using SMF as is using Joomla 1.0.X.
