Block images from another url

Hi. Is it possible to block images coming from another url from dispalying in Joomlaboard Forum? I´ve configured the Joomlaboard Forum to disable user upload images, but they can show images in topics by linking them from another site and I would like to stop that. Is it possible? How? Thank you!
