Error Messages; session_start()

Hi,

I get the following error message sometimes:

Notice: session_start() [function.session-start]: ps_files_cleanup_dir: opendir(/tmp) failed: Permission denied (13) in /www/htdocs/w0063db7/smf/Sources/Load.php on line 1950

What is that?

Joomla version is: 1.0.12
SMF version is: 1.1
Joomla-SMF version: 2.0.2
CB 1.02
