The 2.0.2a version of the Bridge is not working properly with Joomla! 1.0.13. Till that time you can use J! 1.0.12
Please be patient ... Kevin is working on it. Just give him some time he is making the patch in his free time. (please do not forget it is still holiday season) He will announce the patch when it is ready.

JSMF 2.0.2.1 Bridge Support and Downloads can be found on Joomlabridge.org * The bridge will not work with Joomla! 1.5* or SMF 2.0 . D-Wagner.org Webservices your service partner for your Website
What version of the Bridge.... Only the 2.0.2.1 Version of the bridge is working with J! 1.0.13.... This topic is about the 2.0.2a version of the bridge!!!
For the Right order Joomla! 1.0.13 only works with JSMF 2.0.2.1 BridgeNOT with the 2.0.2 or the 2.0.2a.
When using Joomla! and the JSMF bridge 2.0.2.1 Please post your question in the right forums!
In this topic we only give Support for the 1.0.12 version of the Bridge and the lower versions NOT the 1.0.13…. Kevins is working on the fix for this version of the Bridge And then there will be made an new topic for the new version of the Bridge

Joomla 1.0.13 SMF 1.1.3 JSMF 2.0.2.1 and.... this patch which I understand is not intended for these versions? yes, i know, first read, then install, but I am like everybody else and got lucky this time: it worked out great!
after the patch everything works like a charm, except one tiny little detail: the smiley pop-up pops up nicely, but you can not select the smilies any longer...
not a erally big issue to me, I can just put the smilies in the message-screen (which now looks and works fine again without all the /n/n/t/t/t javascript void blahblahblah) and then I will not have to put up with the st$p$d poop-up anymore!
Oh, one more thing: in the admin-part, when I click on a question-makr I do not get the opo-up, but it opens in the same screen, issue kind of solved: I can read the message and use the back-button
I will still keep an eye on this, in case there comes a new patch intended for my 'combination'
Replace from line 1716 to 1772 the following code (function integratelogin): [...] This permit login with joomla 1.0.13 and fixes the broken reply message page.
I only tested it for a few minutes as my site was broken. Don't know if this is the perfect solution but seems it's working.
I hope Kevin will give us some details about it
Ciao
Yes, it does permit registered users to connect. But (at least in my case), no more new registration from joomla front-page : the user is activated but can't connect, et he is not added to smf users. Well... the solution couldn't be so simple
Edit : Could you please tell us how much time we'll have to wait ? Please notice i'm not criticizing : First : i'm a developper and when I'm back home - late - I'm too tired to participate to such projects, but I know how difficult it is find time for others !)! 2nd : next time, I'll make a serious backup... I'd just like to know, to make a decision for my site.

Ok, so sorry for the long delay on this. I haven't had access to this site for the last few days so I didn't get the chance to do the patch to 2.0.2a. I'll get on that ASAP!
What's the difference between 2.0.2a and 2.0.2.1 ? I'm not understanding all this...
