Hi all, hi wolverine. I've upgraded to 2.0.2 with no problems.
But using new login module (mod_smf_login 2.0.4) i'm experiencing errors during logout. The SMF logout botton/link works, so the joomla one.
Clicking the "logout link" of the mod_smf_login the logout is correctly performed if and only if i'm NOT into any SMF content page (I use wrapped solution with login module always visible).
Right now i'm using a workaround disabling the native "logout link" and adding a custom link pointing to "index.php?option=logout" (<- working).
It seems that javascript function document.getElementById('logout').submit() works only if you navigate "joomla" pages and not any of the forum.
If you were in the forum profile, i.e., you'd get an SMF page with "An error has occured! The user whose profile you are trying to view doesn't exist", or, in same case, you will see other pages with the logout apparently performed (I see the login module but the page is, i.e., the summary profile of an user).
Maybe it's not a bridge problem but with previous version of the module it worked fine.

I noticed a form using the same name, so I suspect that that is your problem as well. I have fixed it in the repository and will include it in the next release. I've been extremely busy with real life things and have not had the time I want to work on the bridge, but I should have a release all together later this month.
using JSMF 2.0.2, and whatever i use the index patch from the install screen, or upload the pre-patched index file, but it always show error in my site ( i am using CB latest)
of course I also have problems about sync. no users are sync.

Hi, please can you tell us what is the solution to this 'allowed memory...' error?
I love the integration, it's much better than the Orstio bridge I was using in the past. I was looking for tighter integration, which this bridge offers! One big reason for the upgrade was to get my "lost password" feature working finally, but having the same troubles mentioned earlier in this thread. I see the fix, but smf.class.php does not have the line:
Code:
"WHERE id = '$smf_id' ";
anywhere in the file, and nothing even close, not even the corrected line. I tried adding the line around line 1197 to no avail as well. Also having trouble logging out. When I log out using the JSMF login module, it still shows me as logged in (in the module), but if I try going to my profile for instance, it tells me I need to be logged in, which indicates that I am logged out, but the module doesn't give me a username/password login, it shows my avatar.
I also have the CB plugin installed, version 2.0.3. I ran across a thread that said the line was in /components/com_smf/admin.smf.class.php. This file does not exist in my installation???
My bad, found it in the CORRECT path administrator/components/com_smf/admin.smf.class.php. File fixed, issue resolved.
Still having logout issues under the jsmf module, however. I'll look more closely at your post, looks like you might have an update somewhere in the repository.
Also resolved the issues I was having with the Joomla-SMF login module. Checked everything in IE, which was working fine. Had to clear my cookies in Firefox to get it to work, but it's functional. Thanks for an awesome bridge, much closer to what I wanted in the first place!
Hi wolverine, I've some questions about the CB<->SMF synch. First of all, I disabled avatar management via smf because I want to handle it only through CB.
1) About images moderations, i.e., users update their personal picture/avatar getting the famous image "pending approval". It's exactly the behaviour wanted. The problem is that the pictaure is updated into SMF Profile on the fly (you can view even via the smf_login module) without waiting for Administrators moderations.
Could you help me on this? Furthermore, if I choose to reject image (offensive pics, harrassement, porn, or whatever) the smf profile keeps that inopportune picture as well Is it possible to synch them only after administrator moderations?
2) I need to keep other field synched (gender, birthday, zodiac signs, etc etc) and quite all infos available both cb and smf profile.
Could you suggest me how to do it? For example, how can I keep in synch the gender? (I've a CB field called cb_gender ...).
