Nant from Joomlapolis told me this has to do with SMF bugging this so I cant get any help from there... but im also 80% sure that I wont get any support here anyways...

I took a quick look - and CB is not to blame.
It looks like something you installed or configured related to the SMF component and bridge.

Hm... I have no Idea whats wrong then... im just using the cb smf plugins from jsmf thats all..

well a vanilla CB installation does not have profile avatar link back to /forum/avatar folders like your installation.
why not post there for help? |

what exactly are you editing in the profile. I am having a similar issue when I change the avatar to a default CB avatar... SMF does not sync with it and the avatar image is broken... same versions as above

default CB avatar as in gallery image? That is a bug in CB where it does not sync gallery images.

yeah...one of there 15 or whatever avatars in the gallery...
Thinking of just disabling those and only allowing Avatar modification in SMF..thanks for input..

No... I even removed that cb avatars gallery because when I replaced the avatars they didnt come up.
Im talking about the profile image that people upload.
The Image then removes itselves from the profile, but remains as a smf avatar...

Someone else brought up this problem, if you sync from CB to SMF, then SMF has a url to the CB image location. Then if you save your SMF profile it tries to synchronize it back... so that is what is causing this. I will work on patching this into JSMF 2.0.1. It is a bug.

I am using latest cb and latest smf 1.1.1 and stilll get this problem.
It seems when I save my smf profile directly in smf it syncs the profile picture back to CB. Is that supposed to be?
btw
I am using mike's hack for smf_profile plugin for cb for full sync. might that hack cause it? if so you should turn this somehow offf if u include the hack into the plugins wolverine.
