Hello, I'm about to upgrade my bridge to the newest release but have a problem. I also use the SEF Patch Extended from Joomlatwork, which also patches the Joomla index.php file. I also use Artio JoomSEF, which I know is not a problem. Can you provide a patched index file that will work with BOTH the new bridge and the SEF Patch Extended? I can email you the SEF patch file if needed. Also, I'm using Joomla 1.0.12. Thanks.

you may receive a hacking attempt error or other errors about headers already sent although I am not sure. With the sef patch removing the header code I can't be sure where it is attempting to output the header and therefore that might lead to complications with SMF. Keep a close eye on it.
I'm in a similar boat. I'm using the free version of the joomlatwork sefpatch. The free version doesn't install as a component, it is a manual install (and a bot). Therefore, the file that you provided doesn't apply to my situation.
What are the changes that your index patch makes? That way, I can just make the necessary changes on my own.
I have attached my index file as a txt(joomla 1.0.12)
here is the error that I'm getting (using the above file):
Warning: main(/home/my_box_name/public_html/dev/administrator/components/com_sefpatch/config.class.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/my_box_name/public_html/dev/index.php on line 121
Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/my_box_name/public_html/dev/administrator/components/com_sefpatch/config.class.php' (include_path='/home/my_box_name/public_html/dev/administrator/components/com_sef:/home/my_box_name/public_html/dev/administrator/components/com_sef/includes:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/my_box_name/public_html/dev/index.php on line 121
thanks a bunch! I use this component on a couple of my other sites and I really appreciate your development of it.
