CB fields into post info

Is it possible to have a cb field show up in a users info on their post. similar to how if someone enters their avatar in cb it shows up next to their post in smf.

I would like the graduation year that they enter upon registering in cb to show up in the users info on their posts. So it would show something like the followin but add the graduation year(the stuff located on the left of a post) the site is located at www.sandpointhigh.com

I've added the custom fields to smf and created the graduation field. I just didn't know if it was possible to pull info from the cb stuff like the avatars would. I would love to be able to do it.
