Problem with the up and down links in a topic and quote

I've enabled the up and down links in a topic. This way I can navigate fast to the last post.
The problem is that I end up in a totally different topic.

The other thing is when I reply to a topic and press insert quote button I get redirected to the topic.

this is the anchor problem with JSMF 2.0RC3.  It is fixed in the final release.
