Code to be patched not found in file: /home/f5a/smf/index.php

How can I solve this problem?
My Joomla is 1.0.9
My SMF is 1.0.7

please upgrade to
Joomla version 1.0.11
SMF version 1.1 Final

the bridge works from version SMF 1.1 RC2

These are old versions and the have some security holes. Advise upgrade. Upgrading Joomla and SMF you do not need the help off your provider. You can do this your self. Just

For Joomla
http://help.joomla.org/

for SMF
http://www.simplemachines.org/support/

And the bridge is not working with this old versions.
