Links can't make up minds

I'm having a bit of an issue with the bridge, where the majority of links suddenly decide to point to the wrong pages, and eventually sort themselves out again on their own. The issue is nonexistant in the stand-alone forum, but while it's wrapped in Joomla, the problems occasionally present themselves.
Is there a way to fix this?

First, we can't help if you don't post versions. Are you running JSMF 2.0RC3?

if these links have anchors(#) then this is the bug mentioned in the JSMF 2.0RC3 thread. This is fixed in the next release.

How would I determine if the links have anchors?

EDIT: Thought I'd clarify - the links that change don't seem to have a pattern. It could be a topic title, a page number, a username, etc.

that was a problem in RC2 but I haven't had a single issue in RC3. Anchors are (#) and if the url has an anchor in it it is susceptible to the known bug. Make sure you are on RC3.
