Templates Modification: Logo and size of the template

Hi,

I have just started to use Joomla. I have few questions and hope someone could help me:

1. How to modify the logo so that i can show my Flash logo?
2. How to extend the size of my template so that it can look like this: http://www.joomla.org/

Now my template looks very small..
