Need help with PHP and Joomla

Hello, I am having a hard time trying to integrate a script into Joomla. The script I am trying to use is located at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/featuredcontentslider.htm. This is a very nice script. I have used it once before on a regular website not on joomla. What I cant figure out is how to add this into the body of News Section(Content Item) to show up almost like the one seen on PCWORLD.com. TODAY'S TOP STORIES. I believe it is reading the css and js files but it is not showing up what is in the <DIV></DIV> brackets. Can someone please help me out with this?

That IS a nice script!
I believe a better approach though, is to copy the code for the news flash module and have it wrap the required DIVS around the news items as they are read.

(btw, if those news items have flash or other <embed > type content,it wont work properly in IE/FF Sad
