Problems with internal links

Hi,
I have problem with internal links on my site (joomla 1.0.11), that inside links is "," instead of "=" example:"option,com_frontpage/Itemid,1/"
Strength is, that on admin section I have correct links. I was check my database, but there is everithing OK.
Can somebody suggest some solution? or where I made mistake?

that is Joomla SEF links, disable it if you do not want them

Thanks a lot, I was try it before I go to bed (because I see, that on this site is it same) and everithing starts work. But where I have problem? on my site it does not work. If I understand correctly SEF links ON, make my site more friendly with search sites (Search engine friendly URLs).
More-less I want to use it, because before (I have site maked in html) I have many visitors (about 80%!) from search sites (we are sale profesional tools, we will start e-shop and also we are borrow tools for short time). Then I think, that SEF should be for me good choice. May be I have problem in .htaccess...     but thanks for answer/help

...one more time thanks, I had damaged .htaccess. I  was upload new file and it starts work...  Grin
