I just upgraded the bridge on my Joomla site to the latest version, and after following the instructions correctly, I'm unable to access the forum from Joomla itself. I am recieving the following error:

basically it is saying that admin.smf.class.php does not exist. Did the install complete successfully? Did you follow the user guide post install steps?
I've figured out what went wrong - when uninstalling the previous version, the "com_smf" directory failed to be removed completely. I was manually removing the directory from the "Components" directory, but was forgetting about administrator/components - they both have to be removed manually, or it won't install the new version properly.
