Bummer, Immediate Failure

Did my upgrades to Joomla and SMF to 1.1. Error on the attempt to upload the first (com_smf_2_0.zip) component

message:
Another component is already using directory:"/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/artprocafe.com/httpdocs/joomla/components/com_smf/"

whaddayathink?

Iv'e got the forum in a wrapper. That should be ok right?

something is already installed in that directory, maybe Orstio's bridge?
