RC3 Issue...
« on: November 22, 2006, 07:23:07 AM »

Hi, i've been using my installation for about a week
everything is fine except for 2 issues.

The first one, is not so urgent, i'm using CB login, and has the rediret set to "yes"
i doesn't redirect, just get to the front page and i don't get any error.

The second one is really a problem.
i'm having random logouts, the users told me, and it happened to me too.
Even with the default time to 600 minutes, and the "remember me" checked.
I also set the "local cookies" check. but it still it logging out users randommly.

on your first problem, you are saying the login redirect in jsmf is set to enabled?  This will only be applied if there is not another valid redirect.  From the cb login there is always a valid redirect, which is the page you logged in from.  You can override this by setting a static redirect in the cb login module.

on your second problem, you set the timeout to 600 minutes where?  The bridge syncs based on which login you use.  And, just to make sure, the definition in joomla is in seconds, not minutes.

Please check the latest User Guide for details on configuring SMF.  Local cookies must be OFF.
