Events / Calendar Module

I needed an events module, like the one for the other bridge, so I made my own.
Using the original events module and mod_smf_recenttopics_2_0 I came up the events module attached.

I'm only learning php at the moment, so don't expect too much from it and use with care.

I've also included an edited calendar module, it works, but the output is not valid html. I would like to rewrite this soon, but its abit more complicated than the events module.

Please take a look and let me know of any errors, better ways to programme, etc.

Hi! I'm just curious, does this display events information on SMF like birthdays, holidays etc that is on SMF's calendar? It'd be super if it does, thanks!

Good Job Mellow!

My interest was definitely piqued when you mentioned this in reply to my query about an SMF calendar module a few weeks back, and I'm very grateful you've got to this stage and made it available to everyone.

I will definitely be trying this out on our website in the coming week some time.

edit: I've set it up on our community website and made a few cosmetic changes, but in case you're interested in seeing what other peoples results are the link should be in my signature ... thanks again!
