CB Registration with Joomla-SMF Error

After installing the SMF-Joomla integration from JoomlaHacks, the CB registration doesn't work anymore. Whenever I try to register, it says "You are not authorized to view this resource.
You need to login."

Using Joomla: 1.0.11
SMF: 1.1.1
JoomlaHacks - Joomla-SMF: 2.0
CB: 1.0.1

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm also using the CB Plugin 1.0.2

The link is this using CB Registration:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers

In the Joomla-SMF Forum Configuration, for Registration I select "CB". What's the difference between CB and CBE?

cb plugin 1.0.2? You should be using 2.0.1.

That link is correct, that is the default CB login link. Publish the CB login module and double check that it is exactly the same. If it is, then something is misconfigured on your site.
