Please Describe the Issue:

A Friend of mine who also has a Joomla SMF Bridge Site, has somehow used this Bridge so that when you register on Joomla there are the Terms and conditions on the same page, does anyone know how to do this ??

Also in the configuration section of the bridge it says

Registration system :  CB / CBE / SMF / Mambo, Joomla

whats CB & CBE ??
