Joomla-SMF 2.0 screws up Gallery 1.5.4 admin session!

This Bridge screws up Gallery 1.5.4 and even 1.6 alpha - everything worked fine for me under Joomla 1.0.11 with Gallery 1.5.4 - when loged in as ADMIN i could change or mod title album...etc...After adding SMF and bridging (the zip above) it to i would get “init.php: Gallery seems to be inside Mambo…”. I went nuts over what i did wrong; i have installed joomla 3 times before noticing where the problem came from.
I believe that the 2 click patches that you run in the install window under Joomla Admin does this. I would appreciate if someone looks into this.

it is due to SMF's SSI which must be included for the bridge to work correctly. I would recommend running SMF standalone until the problems can be resolved.
