Here's how you can help us help you:

1.) For those upgrading, please try uninstalling first then repeat the installation process before posting a bug.

2.) Always read the sticky posts.

3.) In reporting a bug, please at least provide the ff:
- server platform (linux, win2k, etc.)
- mambo version
- smf version
- php version
- webserver (apache or iis)

4.) There's no need for ridiculous remarks when posting a bug, so please just tell us what the problem is and we'll try to resolve it.
