the avatar sync occurs for any *new* avatar uploads or selections.  It does not sync current avatars.  That functionality is not in the bridge *yet*.

I'm not sure what you mean by

You need to get the CB SMF 2.0 compatible plug ins here;

Take care, the first listed package has one bad plug-in, you need to read down through the posts to pull all the correct versions together.

When you install these as CB plug ins, you get SMF fetures in CB, one of which is the Forum Profile tab.

On the Met Eireann module, I built it myself (my first!) based on part of their site. (had a look at the code and adapted it for Joomla module). I can give it to you if you like but I'm not sure if it would fly on a 'commercial' site. There are copyright issues, I expect.

On a side issue, I think you tried to register earlier but I had to refuse as there was not enough detail. If you want to try again, including verifiable info on your group, I can give you an account. We need to be careful about who gets full access to the site, I'm sure you understand.

Could be, I did not test with CBE assuming it would operate in a similar fashion to CB.
