JSMF and SMF Mods

Howdy,

Just a general question - SMF obviously has numerous cool mods to enhance parts of the forum. Am I able to use some of these mods "ok" with the bridge? Or are there restrictions?

Also, are there parts of the SMF Admin panel that one should not use? Obviously it needs to be used to assign moderators and such...But are there any options that if changed would break the bridge?

there are a number of configurations that are more or less required by the bridge. Check these in the JSMF 1.1.X forum under known problems and solutions. In terms of group status, we will be addressing that in JSMF 2.1 so that the user groups can be synchronized.

Mods - I think it depends, some will work, others might need modification to get them to work.
