There is a reported security vulnerability with Mambo-SMF 1.3.  Noone should be running this version at this point.  The Joomla-SMF Forum bridge works for both Joomla and Mambo.  The latest version can be downloaded from this site.

Please update to JSMF 1.1.4 or higher.
