Joomla! 1.0.10 SMF 1.1 RC2 JSMF 1.1.4
WHile trying to patch the SMF index.php, I get following error:
Failed: Code to be patched not found in file: if (!defined
(\'WIRELESS\'))/home/.../public_html/prod/smf_forum/index.php
I read through all the post relating to this error but was not able to find any solution. Any ideas and/or pointers will be highly appreciated. |

Well, I resolved this issue by using index.php from another SMF forum installation of mine and that seems to have done the trick for me.

Try this.
Upload the Files from my Zipfile to your server! SMF must be in the folder "smf" above the root! that's important for the bridge! Publish a Menu Item before patching and check the path to smf!
index.php file is from joomla 1.0.9, smf files from smf 1.1.RC2!
Should work! Peace

Please understand that some of the patching is site specific. I don't recommend people copying others patched files.

Read the readme first is my suggestion. This bridge is not compatible with SMF 1.0.7.

Why don't you run SMF 1.1.RC2?? That's the newest version and the bridge 1.4.2 is made for it.
