Hi Wolverine,

I'm using the SMF Bridge 1.1.5a from simplemachines foruns with their login module, but I'm getting a problem that when I close my site I get logout from the joomla page when I come back but still logged to the forum.

Do you think I can use this Login Module with the 1.1.5a bridge? Because on the bridge side its everthing ok on my site.

I have the same problem, anyone has a solution?
I use SMF and Joomla 1.10 and when I login... no problems...
But when I close the website, and open again... I´m logout, it´s bad... because my Portal has users all the time...
Anyone help me?

If you are using Orstio's bridge I cannot tell you if the remember me functionality works.  I know it works for my bridge.

SMF 1.1 RC2
==========
com_joomla_smf_1_1_4_2
mod_joomla_smf_login_1_4_2

I use a wrapper for SMF in Joomla

But I have some problems with the login module under Firefox. It seems to work ok wit the Internet Explorer.

Firefox wants me to redirect to the following Url: http://mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=57&action=login2&hash_passwrd=0&user=test&passwrd=test&cookielength=15

And I get the following url when I log out with Firefox.
http://mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=57&action=logout&sesc=7611ad1d3d6c7153e1c8bf732d26b836

Does any one now how to fix this?

if you use this module you can set the login url and logout url and you will not get the blank screen.

I don't know if i have something ignored, but I have a problem:

It doesn't matter if I use the Joomla-SMF Module or the Joomla Login Module. I'm not able to login, everytime an error message returns that the username or the password is wrong.

My configuration:
Joomla-SMF Integration version is 1.1.4.2
Joomla! 1.0.10 Stable [ Sundown ]
SMF 1.1 RC2

Hi - I applied the Joomla patch, 1.0.11 and it seems to have overwritten the index.php. Damn patch from Joomla does not  create a backup the existing index.php!? The Joomla-SMF login does not work anymore. I picked up the CB-SMF Plugin and it seems to be working.

However, I would like to get the Joomla-SMF Login working as well. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks.
