Can't login in Joomla

When I first installed the bridge, I could login fine.  2 days later, it tells me I am unauthorized to view this resource.  I created several new dummy accounts, and it told me the same thing for all.  I changed every menu, content section etc. to public, and it still would not allow me to login.  When I unpatched Joomla, I could login fine.  Repatched, and could not log in again.
