Very Newbie - Can't See HTML

 Huh Using Joomla! 1.0.8 ; PHP 4.4.1

This should be very simple for someone.  I cannot view my HTML in the editor, TinyMCE. 

Yes, I've selected HTML in the editor, but it pops up a new window that is blank.  Note that the preview button does pop a preview window that is correct and not blank... 

(I have tried IE - but I couldn't get the editor to work at all there - everything seemed blank. - I'm not using it now, but I feel it important to mention.)

Using Firefox/1.5.0.4 I get this blank screen when I select HTML.
Same Problem with Netscape 8.1

I have turned off firewalls and have at least tried to set browser security settings to indicate that the site is "safe". 

So...I get it, this is something quite silly, but what is it?

Hey Barb,

Tyr clicking file->save as in your editor and save it wherever you want to with the html extention on it. Then go to that folder where you saved it and try right click->open with->IE or Firefox or whatever you want to view it in.
