smf calendar module

hello all,
  i was wondering if there is joomla a module similar to the extcal module that makes use of the internal smf calendar.

thank you.

edit: i found one that would give me a mini calendar view of the current month, but i'd rather have one with a list view of next couple of upcoming events.

Remember. It takes it's color attributes FROM YOUR CURRENT SMF THEME so check there (your styles.css) to make color changes! Smiley


I miss the full bodied feeling of ExtCalendar component but LOVE the integrated closeness of the forums (plus I hated ExtCalendars OBSCENE mixture of CSS and graphics for colors! ugh Tongue)


what I would recommend doing is..

Look at the SMF theme demos, find their calendars and check 'em out - if they look cool enough, then download the theme, huntdown the calendar section of the theme and then cut and paste THAT into your theme.

(You may want to use the COPY THEME function of the admin menu first!)

i dodn't need anything fancy. i just didn't like the way the module used a bunch of psans and brs to display what is essentially a list. i changed the module's code to just display a ul for everything.
