Well, that's the way it is meant to be, aravot. See the "logout" button to the left of the keys? Thats what you press to really logout the original mambo way.

Christopher's suggestion is a good idea indeed! but instead of deleting it, why not just unpublish the menu. This way, if you want to use the menu again, you could simply publish the menu again
I know I can remove the Link from menu in fact in my actual site I don't have 'User Menu', just pointing few things that I encounter if it need to be fixed or can be fixed why not.
