D4J and Solar Flare (Update)
« on: May 15, 2006, 06:11:16 AM »

Well that was nasty...I uploaded and installed (but didn't publish) a D404sef component (from Joomla Resource) and it killed the site stone dead, showing just a code '500' page. I managed to go in through ftp and rename the component but it wouldn't delete...have to start from scratch (again).  Sad

Has anybody got the D4J (slide out submenu) module working with Solar Flare?
I have tried numerous times, but have only succeed in adding a new, though linked, button to the nav bar.
I have completed the content for each page that should be accessible through the submenu, but even here I can't see any pointers to designating the 'submenu' function.
My site is here:
http://www.thesiriusconnection.org.uk

I've trawled for tuition for this but without success.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I am also having a problem with lunar_eclipse template and d4j transmenu. I dont have the test site online but i can say that all I have added after a default install of Joomla is 1 new menu that has one submenu item. The normal menu and submenu works.
