I'm also getting the login error, in the format http://www.sendosmartphones.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,94/action,login2/hash_passwrd,0/user,/passwrd,/cookielength,-1/

Any chance I could be told the fix as well?

Check the known problems for login/logout blank screen issues.  Essentially we found this to be another problem all together(if I recall correctly)

I get this on top of all pages

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_POST_VARS in X:\administrator\components\com_smf\functions.smf.php on line 62

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_POST_FILES in X:\administrator\components\com_smf\functions.smf.php on line 63

I know this is because I have all warnings turned on, but it would be nice if it wouldn't happen.
I think I fixed it by using isset on the offending lines

It's your CSS, the CSS for SMF that is loaded when in the forums has duplicate entries in the Joomla CSS.  You will need to identify them and merge them and then remove one or the other.
