Ask those guys for help. They had that problem and seemed to have fixed it.

If they tell you to bugger off, post the code for the html.php here and we'll take a look

Have got the same problem, did you guys find the solution? Tried to contact them on mail, but still no answer.

If you guys found the problem, please help me out by posting it in here. Thanks in advance, meanwhile I try to work on it here.

I had the same prob... you need to "add squads" and "members" then link one member to a squad. This should stop the errors showing up... The error is because the database is empty...
