Fatal Error in joomla registration with smf

hi
i have installed joomla and smf then then sync them with joomla-smf after then when i try to login or logout it always give this error

Code:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare db_query() (previously declared in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\joomla\forum\Sources\Subs.php:237) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\Joomla\forum\Sources\Subs.php on line 237

does anyone have any idea why this could be?
