Adding background image to Contancts Component

Hey all,
I am a newbie to joomla.
I want to add background image to contacts component page. How do I do it?
I tried changing template_css.css

Code:

table.contact {
background-color: #EFEFEF;
}

table.contact td.icons {
background-color: #CCCCCC;
}

table.contact td.details {
font-size: 31px;
font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
border-left: solid 1px #666666;
border-right: solid 1px #666666;
border-top: solid 1px #666666;
border-bottom: solid 1px #666666;
}

but even the background-color doesnt change.
Comments appreciated.
