Error when user is validating

Hi I use IIS, Joomla 1.0.7 and SMF 1.1 I install the component ok, path all files and when user try to validate we obtain this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare db_query() (previously declared in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ampa-santlluis\ampa\forum\Sources\Subs.php:237) in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ampa-santlluis\ampa\forum\Sources\Subs.php on line 325

help me please
