[Joomla-SMF 1.1RC1] Sending index.php when enabled

I'm having a weird problem with Joomla-SMF 1.1RC1. After I click "Patch Joomla Source Files" in the Joomla-SMF config I'm not able to login/ view my profile in CB RC2 anymore.

When I login the browser (firefox) is sending me a download prompt of the index.php Shocked If I unpatch "Patch Joomla Source Files" everythings works fine.

I have transferred my site from local to public. I also have uninstalled CB RC2 and Joomla-SMF component, modules, mambot and reinstalled everything again. None of above works. Hope you can help Smiley

Config:

Joomla 1.0.7
CB RC2
SMF 1.1 RC2
Joomla-SMF 1.1RC1
OS: Linux s
PHP: 4.4.0
MySQL: 4.0.26-standard

reinstall cb, set registration to cb, sync users in joomla-smf and cb

I already have done that. Doesn't help...
