Problems with IE6 & 7

Hello All,

I have run into an issue while working on redesigning an admin template for a joomla site. If you take a look at the image that I have attached you will notice where in the top of the page there is a white line between the green top and the orange line. This does not happen in firefox but only in Internet Explorer. I viewed it through IE 6 & 7 and they both have the same results.

Also I have added an arrow to the screenshot so you can see the area i am talking about. In firefox the green and the orange line are together and the white line is not there.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
